Newsletter #10
Port Ahuriri School 10 June 2022
Dear Parents & Caregivers
Tēnā koutou te hunga pānui o tō tātou hāpori. Ngā mihi mahana ki a koutou katoa
Firstly, thank you for your feedback on the new Newsletter format. It was very positive and we appreciate that it has made it so much easier to access and read on different platforms.
Last week we e mailed the reports for Rata (Mrs Dallas) as she is having early interviews this year. Her interviews are next week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). Please use the app www.schoolinterviews.co.nz and the code abpcm. We had a great response to the reports being e mailed. If you haven’t received your child’s, can you please let the office know.
The school reports for all other children will start to be e mailed next week in class lots. This will be over a few days as it takes time to work them through. If you have changed your e mail address recently, please make sure we have it. Can you please check that we have the details for any other member of your family who are entitled to receive a copy of a report. Hard copies posted or collected are also available from the office. If you would still like one posted, please let us know next week. We’ll let you know when the hard copies for each class are available via the school app. Interview slots for all other teachers are available from next week. Please use the same app and code as above. Interviews are available on Tuesday 28th, Wednesday 29th and Thursday 30th June. Having just typed those dates in, I cannot believe we are talking the end of June already.
We’ve managed to complete our Estuary visits with great weather for each hub, which was a bonus. Keep an eye on school dates for upcoming events, particularly around our school art display.
